Refund Policy
At Spirit Fill Stuff & More, each physical item is made especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been purchased or accessed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at spiritfillstuff@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
If there is a problem with fulfillment or we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with options, including cancellation and a refund when applicable.
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
